Anthony Assalone's Interests & Activities
My major interst is volunteering to help improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities is one of my passions. As president of the Arc of Westchester (NY), he is committed to help steer the agency to continue its lifelong mission, now more than 62 years, "to empower children and adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their potential based on personal choices, abilities and interests...". I helped create a new (for profit) business for the Arc. After a few years, eDocNY, a complete document managent company, has grown to a multi-million dollar business where people with special needs work alongside people from the general population in a very harmonius and happy environment.
On the lighter side, I love older/unique cars. I enjoy model trains and gardening.
